Even experienced PM&amp;#39;s have to face this. The good ones recognize the stress and have actions to counter-balance its effects. A walk, a coffee, or just a deep breadth. Having a life outside of work is also a good stress buster.  Volunteering, mentoring, a hobby - are all ways to get away from the stress.  Yoga is great to forget about work!  Learning the signs of stress and having mitigating actions is key.
